There’s still time to hit the $100 mark!
I’ve sent out e-mails to all of those who had reached $100 by Thursday. I did not get a report on Friday (our contact in the CFF office was not in that day). I will get the next report on Monday morning and it should include all donations through the weekend. So–it is time now to beat the bushes. Nag those relatives who haven’t donated yet and send out a few more e-mails to all those folks on your Christmas list.
You can reach $100 by Monday! You can! You can!
We will have some fabulous prizes next week–watch this space tomorrow for an announcement, but I can tell you there will be prizes for those who read the most pages and write the most words as well as some cool prizes for bringing in more donations. More tomorrow. Remember–keep spreading the word!

Teams, progress and $100 books
The competition heats up! As you can see from our team pages we have one team way out in front with donations–the Wet Noodle Posse for CF has collected $690!

So far we have 10 participants who have raised at least $100 (some on teams and some working individually). We will be in contact with all participants who reach that $100 threshold so that they can select their free book! If you don’t hear from us, please e-mail us at info@unleashyourstory.com so that we can get you your prize.

Check out our progress
As of ten o’clock this morning our total is over $3200! Thanks to everyone who has been working hard to promote the event. Let’s keep it up!
You might want to check out this article from Forbes magazine that talks about the great work the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is doing. Not only is CFF a driving force in research for Cystic Fibrosis, but it has become an example to other organizations dedicated to fighting diseases. Your money donated to CFF is really making a difference in people’s lives today and in the future!

Teams! Teams! Teams!
Most of our many participants are members of a team. At this point we have 13 teams registered (and there is plenty of time for more to join us).
Check out the Team page for a list of currently registered teams. Watch our team page to follow each team’s progress toward their donation goals. We’ll introduce you to some of the teams here as the month goes on.
Don’t forget to check out the thermometer in our sidebar–it is climbing!
