You can participate in Unleash Your Story individually, or as a team. Working with a team can add to the fun as your friends can all challenge each other to write more or read more as well as bring in more donations.

Each team member should set individual goals as well as group goals. Team members are eligible for individual prizes, too.

To get your team started, visit out Unleash Your Story event page on the CFF website. Follow the registration link and you’ll be given the option to form a team.

You can invite friends to join you through the website, or have your friends visit your team page and join from there. Once you have your team set up–find another team to challenge.

Thought the Olympics was competitive? Wait until you see a group of readers challenge another group of readers to rack up the pages for a great cause. We will have people reading in line at the grocery store, standing at the water cooler, turning pages instead of watching the season premiere of Heroes.

After all the season premiere isn’t until September 22nd–you can Tivo it and watch it on October 1st. September is for reading!
